　　我確信：英語要學(xué)好和智商無關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。

　　新教材與初中的教材跨度很大，要求也上了幾個(gè)臺(tái)階，對(duì)孩子們具有比較大的難度。細(xì)心的家長(zhǎng)可能就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，高中的課本和初中的課本相比，無論是從詞匯量，語法還是課文篇幅的長(zhǎng)短都有了明顯的區(qū)別，初中的內(nèi)容相當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)單，它簡(jiǎn)直就是三年級(jí)知識(shí)的鞏固，稍微有所延伸，而高一一下子就接觸并需要掌握兩種時(shí)態(tài)。所以，有些同學(xué)很不能適應(yīng)，初中學(xué)得輕松，還考好成績(jī)，怎么到了高一不行了，這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。在這里，我要點(diǎn)名表揚(yáng)幾位學(xué)生，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書寫工整，正因?yàn)槿绱�，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jī)。另外我還要提幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因?yàn)檫�不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長(zhǎng)能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績(jī)抓上去。我堅(jiān)信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時(shí)完成我布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績(jī)馬上就會(huì)見效。

　　目前的形勢(shì)決定了英語學(xué)科的重要性，請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)務(wù)必重視英語這一學(xué)科，你們思想上重視了，無形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在英語課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

　　那么在課后學(xué)生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補(bǔ)回來呢？英語畢竟不是我們自己的語言，大多數(shù)學(xué)生除了英語課其余時(shí)間根本就不會(huì)想到要說英語，所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語。學(xué)好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

　　首先說一下聽，每個(gè)學(xué)生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)檢查一下自己的子女的英語磁帶，有多少學(xué)生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時(shí)候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。不要說另外買什么英語聽力磁帶或者英語學(xué)習(xí)的碟片了，連自己手頭的磁帶都不去聽，光靠上課聽一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的磁帶，學(xué)生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會(huì)聽就不能說，而說白了，學(xué)了英語就是要說，那不是白學(xué)了么？聽錄音機(jī)跟讀，目的應(yīng)該是兩種，一種同學(xué)是上課沒有完全消化，聽錄音是補(bǔ)充學(xué)習(xí)的過程，另外一種是提高自己的聽力和口語表達(dá)能力，要學(xué)生盡力地去模仿錄音機(jī)里的`發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個(gè)層次。

　　接下來是說，英語是一門語言，學(xué)了就是要說，要和別人交流。我們學(xué)的英語不應(yīng)該是啞巴英語，要讓每個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)勇敢地說出來。在課上我會(huì)用各種方法來刺激學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學(xué)生也確實(shí)做得很好�？墒前嗉�(jí)里人多，對(duì)每個(gè)人來說，說的機(jī)會(huì)就少。所以下課也要說；放學(xué)回家也要說。在學(xué)校，我鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生把所學(xué)的英語對(duì)話運(yùn)用到生活中去，這樣有更真實(shí)的情景，更能讓學(xué)生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長(zhǎng)也能鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生說英語，也許你會(huì)說你自己也聽不懂，請(qǐng)不要這樣想，其實(shí)學(xué)生需要是你的鼓勵(lì)，你聽了他們說的只要簡(jiǎn)單表揚(yáng)一句，他們就會(huì)很滿足了。有時(shí)候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學(xué)生反過來教你，他們會(huì)覺得很自豪，因?yàn)樽约核鶎W(xué)得派上了用場(chǎng)。

　　接下來是讀。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神。”學(xué)英語也是這樣，很多家長(zhǎng)也明白，學(xué)英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，還是寫文章，都很輕松，很簡(jiǎn)單了。那么語感怎么來呢？就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習(xí)慣，這是學(xué)英語的最基本的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣了。每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語，哪怕有時(shí)候時(shí)間來不及了，即使是遲到也要讀，并且每天都堅(jiān)持，絕不因任何原因間斷。無論什么事情都貴在堅(jiān)持嘛。如果你的子女還沒有養(yǎng)成這樣的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，請(qǐng)你一定要督促他，剛開始也許會(huì)比較難，時(shí)間久了，就會(huì)習(xí)慣成自然。就像早上起來要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語當(dāng)作每天必做的一件事。

　　最后是寫。主要就是單詞短語的默寫，這是學(xué)英語的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過就容易會(huì)忘記，所以要不斷的背默寫，不斷的翻新，這是沒有辦法的。背單詞的時(shí)候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要?jiǎng)悠饋�，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長(zhǎng)在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語來幫助你的孩子學(xué)會(huì)偷懶，你可以報(bào)中文，讓你的孩子默寫，然后對(duì)照書本批改訂正，每天堅(jiān)持的話，你一定會(huì)有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學(xué)生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會(huì)句型的意思和運(yùn)用方法。課后還需要通過多讀課文，多練習(xí)才能鞏固所學(xué)的句型。所以請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)不光要注重孩子背單詞短語的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

　　As students,we could share more time with our friends.The friendship in our young hearts is pure,fresh and simple.I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends.Especially when I had Justin as one of my best friends.Justin was my English teacher from the USA.I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little English.Justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face,and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive.He taught us English by telling stories,playing games,singing songs,and even dancing.I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class,we went to some other classes to sing songs for them,just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve.It was so interesting and unforgettable.Justin was an excellent teacher,because he taught us not only how to study English well,but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives.I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts.Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important,the real importance lay in faith,under-standing,and care.Justin is the best friend I have ever had,and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
